Everything I've built, from live production tools to demos showing how I'd approach a specific problem.
Packing metal parts of various shapes and thicknesses onto pallets for shipping used to be a manual, eyeball-it decision — often wasting pallet space. PaletPlaner reads the real part shapes from uploaded DXF files and automatically computes the optimal multi-pallet layout, respecting real weight limits and stacking height. Designed and developed entirely independently, in real daily use — now expanding toward a subscription tool for other machine shops.
Estimating machining time from a technical drawing is usually a manual, experience-based guess — easy to get wrong on parts combining drilling, milling and tapping. This tool reads a PDF drawing with AI — recognizing holes, threads, contours and tolerances — and feeds the data straight into a calculator that computes real machining time using the shop's own tools, materials and machines, not generic defaults. Fully bilingual interface (Bulgarian/English).
Small family-run guesthouses often have no site of their own, relying only on a Booking.com listing — with no story about the place, the rooms, or the kitchen to convince a visitor to book directly. A demo site for a guesthouse in the Rhodope Mountains (built 1912, three rooms, Rhodope cuisine) — presenting the rooms, a date picker for booking inquiries, and the location. Built to show what a proper online presence looks like for a small family hospitality business.
Manually creating and updating coupon codes for volume discounts is easy to forget and easy to get wrong. This plugin removes that step entirely — once a customer's cart subtotal crosses a configurable threshold, a 10% discount is applied automatically as a cart fee, no coupon code needed. Built with WooCommerce's native cart hook (woocommerce_cart_calculate_fees) and tested on a live WooCommerce store.
Client testimonials scattered across emails, screenshots, and a generic contact-form plugin are hard to keep organized and even harder to display consistently. This plugin gives testimonials their own structured content type — author name, role, and star rating — rendered through a simple shortcode into a responsive grid, plus a REST endpoint for pulling the same data into a headless frontend.
A Laravel booking-and-payment demo: customers pick a service and an open time slot, pay via Stripe Checkout, and a webhook confirms the booking once payment clears. Double-booking is prevented with a real SQL overlap check, and a staff dashboard lists and manages all bookings.
A Laravel document submission & review portal: clients submit a project with supporting files, staff review and move it through a status workflow, and finished deliverables come back through the same portal. Files live on a private disk — every download is authorization-checked, never served by a guessable URL.
